Return Policy
Pravacana Mats will replace or refund yoga mats under the following circumstances:
1. Your custom mat was printed incorrectly. If the mat received by the customer does not match the submitted/approved design, the mat will be considered an misprint. Please note that while our production makes every attempt at being an exact color match cannot be guaranteed as computer monitors do not display colors in the same way.
2. You mat simply does not work for you. Yoga mat materials will react differently to different skins types, in different types of practice environments. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase. All stock orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you need to return a product, please contact us to obtain a instructions for returns and the proper address to ship your return. Credit will be refunded upon receipt of your returned yoga mat.

To be eligible for a return your item can not be customized, and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
